M5Stack CamS3 Wifi Camera Unit OV2640

The M5Stack CamS3 Wifi Camera Unit OV2640 is a compact camera unit based on the ESP32S3 module. This camera unit comes with 8M PSRAM and 16M Flash memory, offering ample space for image processing and storage. It features a 2MP camera (OV2640) with a wide field of view (DFOV 66.5°) and can capture photos with a maximum resolution of 1600x1200. With support for WiFi cloud image transmission, users can easily realize remote monitoring and free image surveillance. The CamS3 Unit features a built-in microSD card slot, which allows users to conveniently store images and other information, making data backup easier. It is also equipped with a built-in PDM microphone, which enables sound recording for comprehensive audio and video recordings. The CamS3 Unit comes with a programmable status indicator light, and when the blue light blinks, this indicates that the camera is recording and uploading data. The HY2.0-4P port at the bottom of the CamS3 Unit exposes the internal D+/D- pins of the S3 and supports firmware updates or USB serial communication by connecting with the M5Grove2USB-C module. This offers users a more convenient development and debugging environment. The onboard 2x1.3 headers expose the programming download port of the ESP32S3, making firmware burning and other tasks simpler and more reliable. The original firmware of the CamS3 Unit provides a complete recording and upload function for EZData. Users only need to make simple configurations to achieve remote monitoring and free image surveillance. This makes the product ideal for applications in remote monitoring, time-lapse photography, industrial automation, and other areas.
