M5Stack ATOMIC CANBus Base CA-IS3050G

The ATOMIC CANBus Base from M5Stack is a compact CAN bus communication unit specifically designed for use with controllers of the ATOM series. The module is based on the CA-IS3050G transceiver and enables reliable CAN bus communication with transmission rates of up to 1 Mbps. Thanks to the integrated DC-DC converter with galvanic isolation, interference is effectively isolated and sensitive circuits are protected from damage. The communication bus supports up to 110 nodes, offering excellent scalability for large networks. The common-mode voltage ranges from -12V to +12V, making the module robust against voltage fluctuations. Various protection functions such as overvoltage protection, error checking protection, and overtemperature protection ensure safe operation. The low loop delay of only 150 ns ensures fast signal processing. The module is compatible with Atom Matrix, Atom Lite, AtomS3, and AtomS3 Lite. The external connection is made via a VH3.96-4P connector, which is included in the package. The robust polycarbonate plastic housing reliably protects the electronics.
