The LWL04 LoRaWAN Water Leak Sensor is the ideal solution for early detection and prevention of water damage in buildings. This sensor reliably detects water accumulations by sending a notification as soon as water reaches the three metal contacts. It is easy to install, as it simply needs to be placed on the floor without requiring complex assembly. Thanks to its robust construction and IP65-certified waterproofing, it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The sensor is powered by a long-lasting CR123A battery, which can last up to 10 years depending on usage. Additionally, the sensor features an intelligent counting function that records the number and duration of water leak events. Data is sent to the IoT system via the LoRaWAN network, so you are always informed about the status of your sensors, anytime and anywhere. With its simple activation via magnet and the ability to perform firmware updates wirelessly, the LWL04 offers maximum flexibility for various applications.

Each sensor comes pre-loaded with a set of unique keys for LoRaWAN registrations. These keys are registered on the local LoRaWAN server, and the sensor automatically connects upon activation when network coverage is available.

Function of the Included Magnet:

The magnet allows for easy activation and deactivation of the LWL04 sensor, as well as switching between operating modes. By holding the magnet briefly or for an extended period near the designated spot, the sensor is controlled, and LED indicators provide visual feedback.
