LILYGO T-Camera S3 OV2640

The LilyGo T-Camera S3 is a compact camera module with an integrated ESP32-S3 microcontroller. It is based on the powerful ESP32-S3, which features dual-core processors, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth LE. As an image sensor, it uses the proven OV2640 camera with up to 1600×1200 pixels. The camera is already mounted and can be used immediately. The module offers a USB-C interface for programming and power supply. A JST connector for batteries with a charging circuit is also integrated. Two pin headers can be optionally fitted to connect additional IOs or sensors. The board has an operational LED and a button on the back. It is ideally suited for mobile IoT applications, surveillance systems, or image capture with MicroPython or Arduino. The camera is factory-aligned but can be unscrewed or replaced if needed. All important GPIOs are exposed. The module is actively maintained by the manufacturer and provides a complete open-source repository for software development. The device is ready to use – it only needs to be programmed.
