LED Lighting for Bambu A1 Mini

The BIQU Panda Lux is an LED lighting upgrade for the Bambu Lab A1 Mini, replacing the factory lighting with a much brighter LED strip featuring 9 white LEDs. The system uses the unused right expansion port of the A1 Mini for power supply and requires no additional cables or external power supplies. A light sensor is attached over the original status LED of the printer using 3M tape, transferring its state to the new LED strip. This allows full control via the Bambu Lab app and printer touchscreen, just like the original lighting. The 6500K LED lighting provides significantly more light than the standard lighting and enables greatly improved visibility through the integrated printer camera. The self-adhesive LED strip can be installed tool-free and is easily positioned within the print chamber. The LEDs are designed for high-temperature environments and withstand the thermal stresses of 3D printing operations effortlessly. The precise color rendering of the 6500K LEDs allows realistic representation of filament colors via the camera. The system works seamlessly with all lighting functions of the A1 Mini, including automatic activation at print start and manual control via touchscreen or app. Two included cable ties allow for additional fastening or cable management if needed.
