The GLEDOPTO GL-C-301P Ultra-Mini LED Controller is one of the smallest ZigBee-based LED controllers on the market and combines five operating modes in a single device. It supports various LED strips – from RGB, RGBW, RGBCCT (RGB + Warm/Cool white) to Dual-White (CCT) and single-color LED strips. Thanks to the ZigBee-3.0 protocol, seamless integration into common smart home systems is possible (compatible for example with Philips Hue, Amazon Echo Plus and SmartThings). In addition to ZigBee control, the GL-C-301P has an integrated 2.4 GHz receiver for direct operation without a hub. This allows the controller to be paired with compatible GLEDOPTO RF remote controls or wireless wall panels. It is also possible to connect a conventional switch to turn the light on and off or dim it directly at the fixture. In combination with a ZigBee bridge, the system can of course also be conveniently controlled via smartphone app or voice assistant (e.g. Alexa via Echo). The ultra-compact design (42×38×17 mm) facilitates installation – the mini-controller fits even in tight cavities or flush-mounted boxes, such as behind an existing light switch. Despite its small size, the device offers sufficient power: up to 10 A total current (equivalent to approximately 120 W at 12 V) also enables longer LED strips and sophisticated lighting installations. Communication is carried out via ZigBee in the mesh network, which ensures a stable radio connection in the smart home.
