IR sensor switch GL-SW-001 On/Off/Dimmer for WLED

The infrared gesture sensor GL-SW-001 from Gledopto enables comfortable, contactless control of your LED lighting – ideal in combination with WLED controllers. By simply waving, you can turn your LED strips on or off, and by holding your hand in front of the sensor for a longer time, the brightness can be dimmed steplessly. Installation is particularly easy: the sensor is integrated into your existing system with only three connections (5–24 V, ground, and signal) and uses very little power (max. 5 mA). Thanks to the wide input voltage range of 5 V to 24 V, it is compatible with various LED power sources and controllers – it fits perfectly with WLED projects where an external switch input is used. The GL-SW-001 reliably responds to hand movements at a close distance (approx. 0–5 cm), preventing incorrect operation by distant movements. Its compact design of only 28 × 14 × 15 mm allows for inconspicuous mounting even in tight spaces. The housing is made of flame-retardant PC plastic, ensuring high safety and long life. The package includes both a mounting bracket with screws and an adhesive pad as well as an instruction manual, making installation even easier.
