HUSKYLENS 2 WiFi Module Wireless AI Vision and AIoT

The HUSKYLENS 2 WiFi Module is a dedicated Wi-Fi expansion module exclusively developed for the HUSKYLENS 2 AI vision sensor. The plug-and-play USB module equips the sensor with fast and stable Wi-Fi 6 connectivity in the 2.4GHz band, transforming the HUSKYLENS 2 from a wired peripheral into an intelligent, wireless node. It enables real-time image transmission and data streaming over Wi-Fi, allowing the camera image to be monitored from a remote terminal. New AI models from the Model Plaza can be conveniently downloaded via QR code scanning and installed directly on the HUSKYLENS 2 without any PC connection. Over-the-air firmware updates keep the device always up to date. Future functions like direct integration with large language models as a perceptive frontend, and MQTT communication for AIoT systems are already in development. Thanks to Wi-Fi 6, the module benefits from higher network efficiency, lower latency, and a stable data throughput of up to 286.8 Mbps with support for modern encryption standards up to WPA3.
