HT-PLA Black Filament 1.75mm 1Kg R3D

The R3D HT-PLA Black filament is a high-temperature-resistant PLA filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm and a net weight of 1 kg. It features an increased Vicat softening temperature of 155.2 °C, making printed components significantly more heat-resistant than standard PLA. The melting temperature is 165 °C, and the heat deflection temperature is 60.5 °C at 0.45 MPa. The material offers a tensile strength of 40 MPa and a flexural modulus of 4106 MPa, indicating high stiffness and mechanical durability. The elongation at break is 11.8%, while the impact strength is 4.2 kJ/m². The adhesion between printed layers achieves an impact strength of 2.7 kJ/m² in the Z-direction. The filament is compatible with AMS systems and can be used with nozzle sizes from 0.2 to 0.8 mm. The spools are sealed and packed with silica gel to minimize moisture absorption. For optimal storage, the manufacturer recommends a cool, dry environment at 15 to 25 °C without UV exposure.
