Heating Cartridge 12V 40W Repair Kit

This repair kit includes a 12V 40W heating cartridge by Creality and two copper ferrules each with a piece of heat shrink tubing. To replace the heating cartridge, simply cut off the wire ends using wire cutters and strip a little, then guide the ends of the cables into the copper ferrule each and crimp them together with pliers. Then, heat the heat shrink tubing with a hot air hairdryer until it has contracted.  

CAUTION: Position the heat shrink tubing over the cable before crimping the ferrule together.  

Info: The heating cartridge can also be used on other 3D printers. Simply check the voltage, power, cable length, and connection.
