Gravity BMP585 High Precision Air Pressure and Temperature Sensor I2C UART
The DFRobot Gravity SEN0664 is a high-precision digital air pressure and temperature sensor based on the Bosch BMP585 in a rugged industrial design. The special feature of the BMP585-Gravity module compared to its BMP581 counterpart (SEN0665) is the gel-like protection design ("Gel-Fill"), which secures the sensor against water, moisture, and chemical influences – making it suitable for outdoor applications and moisture-laden environments such as weather stations, outdoor UAVs, and hydrology.

- Bosch BMP585 with ±0.3 hPa absolute accuracy and < 0.1 Pa noise in a rugged Gel-Fill protective design for moisture-laden outdoor deployments
- Three-parameter output: air pressure (30–125 kPa), temperature, and calculated altitude with ±0.5 m relative altitude accuracy / 10 kPa
- Gel-Fill protection design against water, moisture, and chemical influences – higher durability compared to unprotected modules
- Configurable IIR filter and hardware FIFO buffer for noise-reduced, stable measurement data without host overloading
- Optional I2C or UART via DIP switch; setting remains after power interruption; operating voltage 3.3–5 V
- Low operating current ~700 µA for battery-powered outdoor sensors, UAVs, and sports equipment with long runtime
