The Creality CFS Lite PTFE Tube Replacement is an original spare part for guiding filament between the Creality Filament System Lite (CFS Lite) and the tool head of the SparkX i7. The PTFE tubes (Polytetrafluoroethylene) reliably guide the filament from the individual compartments of the CFS Lite to the print head. PTFE is characterized by its particularly low friction and high chemical and thermal resistance, ensuring the filament is transported evenly and with minimal resistance. Frictionless guidance is a prerequisite for reliable automatic filament changes and trouble-free multicolor printing. In CFS Lite operation with the SparkX i7, a length of 98 cm is recommended for each of the four tubes, measured from the recommended distance between the printer and CFS Lite. With increasing use, the inner surfaces of the tubes may wear due to the passing filament, increasing transport resistance and potentially causing problems during loading, unloading, or color change. A kinked or damaged tube also affects reliable filament feed. Timely replacement as a wear part restores full transport performance. The tubes are connected to the CFS Lite, the hubs, and the toolhead manifold via pneumatic quick connectors, allowing for tool-free assembly by simply plugging in. When laying, ensure a kink-free course and correct positioning of the hubs to keep transport resistance as low as possible. The tube set is tuned to the CFS Lite in conjunction with the SparkX i7.
