Optical Fingerprint Sensor UART
The optical fingerprint sensor with UART interface is a versatile solution for integrating fingerprint recognition into your projects. The sensor can operate independently without an additional computer or special software. With a storage capacity of up to 1000 fingerprints, it is ideal for applications that need to support a large number of users. Intelligent image processing enables fast and accurate capture, as well as comparison and search of fingerprints. Additionally, the sensor is characterized by its high sensitivity to both dry and wet fingerprints, increasing its reliability in different environments. It can be used in areas such as access control systems, identity management, or as a replacement for IC cards and passwords.

The sensor supports fingerprint input, intelligent image processing, fingerprint comparison, and search mode. It can store up to 1000 fingerprints. The capture time for fingerprints is less than 1 second. The average search time is under 1 second (at 1:500 comparison). The sensor offers high sensitivity in detecting both dry and wet fingerprints. It supports both the 1:1 comparison mode and the 1:N search mode. The security level can be set in 5 levels, with level 5 being the highest. The sensor operates in a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C and a relative humidity of 40% to 85%. The dimensions of the touch area are 14.5 x 19.4 mm. The overall dimensions of the sensor are 54 x 20 x 20.5 mm.
