5V 3A LM2596 Dual DC-DC Step-Down with USB
This DC-DC voltage converter converts an input voltage of 6 to 36V to 5V 3A, which you can tap off the USB plug. You can connect the power either via the terminal block or via the DC socket. This way, you can easily power USB devices, e.g., with a 12V battery, or you can also directly power a Raspberry Pi with Octoprint from a 3D printer’s power supply using this module.
