296x128 2.9inch E-Ink Raw Black / White e-Paper Display

This Waveshare E-Ink / e-paper raw panel has 2.9 inches, 296 × 128 pixels and an integrated controller that communicates via SPI. It is a panel without PCB with a flat cable and is connected via a driver board. Thanks to its extremely low power consumption it is suitable for battery-powered applications. Such displays are also used as price tags in retail, where they run for several years on one battery. This black / white display supports updates of partial areas (0.3 to 0.6 s), the whole display takes about 3 s.
