0.6mm E3D Volcano Micro Swiss M2 Hardened Steel Nozzle Coated

This E3D Volcano Nozzle from Micro Swiss is made of M2 (1.3343) steel and has been additionally electroless nickel plated and coated with a WS2 layer. WS2 is a tungsten sulfide coating that has excellent friction properties. WS2 reduces the friction value by a factor of 10 compared to conventional PVD layers. The M2 steel has been hardened to 68 HRC and annealed. The nozzle allows you to print at extremely high print temperatures of up to 450°C without loss of hardness.  The nickel coating has a hardness of 70-73 HRC, thus allowing you to print highly abrasive materials such as ePAHT-CF Nylon-Carbon, wood or luminous Glow in the Dark filaments.
