Hardness Comparison of Various TPU/TPE Materials:

• 83A (TPE) = very soft and rubbery

• Drying when wet: If the material becomes wet, it should be dried for 4–8 hours in a Dry Box at 60–80 °C to restore print quality.
• Extruder choice: High-hardness TPU like 64D can also be processed with Bowden extruders, but a Direct Extruder (Short-Range Extruder) is recommended for a higher success rate.
