SN04 NPN Inductive Proximity Switch 10-30V DC

With this inductive proximity switch / distance sensor, you can detect metallic (electrically conductive) objects. The sensor is perfect as a limit switch for a CNC machine or 3D printer. The sensor also has a practical LED where the status of the output is displayed.

In order for you to read out the sensor with an Arduino, you must bring the signal voltage to 5V with a voltage divider.
