Polymaker HT-PLA Red Filament 1.75mm 1Kg

Polymaker HT-PLA is a very easy-to-print high-temperature filament that provides reliable results for both beginners and professionals. It combines the easy handling of classic PLA materials with significantly increased heat resistance. Printed parts remain stable up to 130°C, making the material suitable for applications that must withstand high thermal loads. The excellent layer adhesion ensures precise printing results, while warping is reduced to a minimum. HT-PLA also impresses with a high printing speed of up to 300 mm/s. By optional annealing (about 30 minutes at 80–100 °C), the mechanical properties and temperature resistance can be significantly improved. Particularly noteworthy is the good paintability, as known from classic PLA: Surfaces take paint and coatings evenly, making the filament ideal for model making, tabletop miniatures, cosplay props, or custom parts for the vehicle interior. This opens up possibilities with HT-PLA that would otherwise only be achievable with technical materials such as ABS or ASA – but without their disadvantages like limited color choices, complex processing, or higher printing requirements. HT-PLA combines the strengths of technical materials with the user-friendliness of PLA. During processing, there is low odor development, somewhat stronger than with normal PLA, which is nearly odorless, yet far more pleasant than ASA or ABS, which cause significantly more intense emissions.
