Polymaker HT-PLA Black Filament 1.75mm 1Kg

Polymaker HT-PLA is a very easy-to-print high-temperature filament that provides reliable results for both beginners and professionals. It combines the easy handling of traditional PLA materials with a significantly increased heat resistance. Printed components remain stable up to 130°C, making the material suitable for applications that must withstand high thermal loads. The excellent layer adhesion ensures precise print results, while warping is minimized. HT-PLA also impresses with a high printing speed of up to 300 mm/s. Through optional annealing (about 30 minutes at 80-100 °C), the mechanical properties and temperature resistance can be significantly improved again. Particularly noteworthy is the good paintability, reminiscent of traditional PLA: Surfaces absorb paints and varnishes evenly, making the filament ideal for model building, tabletop miniatures, cosplay props, or custom parts for vehicle interiors. This opens up possibilities with HT-PLA that would otherwise only be achievable with technical materials like ABS or ASA – but without their disadvantages, such as limited color selection, complex processing, or higher printing requirements. Thus, HT-PLA combines the strengths of technical materials with the user-friendliness of PLA. During processing, there is minimal odor emission, somewhat stronger than normal PLA, which is almost odorless, but far more pleasant than ASA or ABS, which cause significantly more intense emissions.
