Polymaker HT-PLA Blue Filament 1.75mm 1Kg

Polymaker HT-PLA is a very easy-to-print high-temperature filament, allowing both beginners and professionals reliable results. It combines the easy handling of classic PLA materials with a significantly increased heat resistance. Printed components remain stable up to 130°C, making the material suitable for applications that need to withstand high thermal loads. The excellent layer adhesion ensures precise printing results, while warping is minimized. HT-PLA also impresses with a high printing speed of up to 300 mm/s. Through optional annealing (approx. 30 minutes at 80–100 °C), the mechanical properties and temperature resistance can be further significantly improved. Particularly noteworthy is the good paintability, as known from classic PLA: Surfaces take on paints and varnishes evenly, making the filament ideal for model building, tabletop miniatures, cosplay props, or custom parts for vehicle interiors. This opens up possibilities with HT-PLA, which would otherwise only be achievable with technical materials like ABS or ASA – but without their disadvantages such as limited color choice, complex processing, or higher printing demands. Thus, HT-PLA combines the strengths of technical materials with the user-friendliness of PLA. During processing, there is minimal odor development, slightly more than normal PLA, which is almost odorless, but much more pleasant than ASA or ABS, which cause significantly more intense emissions.
