PolyFlex TPU95-HF Black Filament 1.75mm 1Kg

The Polymaker PolyFlex TPU95-HF is a flexible filament based on thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) from the Covestro Addigy family. The designation HF stands for High Flow and describes the optimized flow properties that enable printing speeds of up to 100 mm/s. The material has a Shore hardness of 95A and combines flexibility with mechanical strength. The tensile strength is 23.11 MPa and the elongation at break reaches 462% in the XY direction. For optimal results, a direct extruder is recommended, although the filament is also compatible with Bowden systems at reduced speed. The recommended printing temperature is between 200 and 230 °C with a bed temperature of 25 to 50 °C. The filament exhibits excellent UV resistance and shows no perceptible color change after 72 hours of accelerated weathering. Before printing, the material should be dried at 70 °C for eight hours to achieve optimal printing results. The tight diameter tolerance of ±0.05 mm ensures uniform extrusion. A spool contains approximately 358 meters of filament at a diameter of 1.75 mm.
