PLA Cast White Filament for Metal Casting 1.75mm 1Kg eSun
The PLA-Cast from eSun is a PLA filament specifically developed for the lost wax casting process (Lost-PLA-Casting). The printed model is embedded in a ceramic casting material, burned out in the kiln, and leaves virtually no residues – the ash content is only 0.003%. This replaces the labor-intensive wax burnout process and significantly reduces production costs and lead times. The high printing precision enables the detailed transfer of the finest geometries into metal. The filament is suitable for casting processes where bronze, brass, silver, gold, or other alloys are cast. The model should be smoothed after printing before embedding as surface structures are directly transferred to the casting result.
Properties:
