PEBA-90A Gray Filament 1.75mm 800g eSun

The PEBA-90A (Polyether Block Amide) from eSun is a highly elastic special filament with exceptional rebound, excellent cold impact resistance and large elongation capacity with over 520% elongation at break (XY). It combines the flexibility of an elastomer with the mechanical resistance of an engineering plastic, making it ideal for applications where high resilience, shock absorption and durability at low temperatures are required. In model making, PEBA-90A has established itself as a superior tire material: the grip of printed tires is about three times higher than comparable TPU tires, which directly translates into significantly better grip and more precise driving behavior. A crucial advantage over TPU is the largely constant material hardness over a wide temperature range - TPU tires become noticeably harder and lose grip in winter, while they become softer and tend to deform in summer; PEBA-90A retains its elastic properties nearly unchanged in both cold and warm conditions.

Note: Transparent PEBA products may exhibit slight color variations between different production batches. Occasionally, small black spots may appear along the lines of transparent parts; this is a normal manufacturing phenomenon and does not affect the product performance or normal use.
