PA12 Nylon White Filament 1.75mm 1Kg eSun

The nylon-based ePA12 filament from eSun has excellent mechanical properties. With a high impact resistance, tensile strength, temperature resistance, and a very low moisture absorption, the ePA12 filament is particularly suitable for printing precise mechanical parts such as gears. The nylon filament should be dried before printing. The manufacturer recommends 12h at 70°C. We recommend using the eBOX from eSun for this. To guarantee optimal adhesion, a print bed temperature of 70°C-90°C is recommended. In addition, you should best use an adhesive such as our 3DLac.

Info: eSun recommends a print temperature of 260°C-290°C. Most conventional printers just manage to reach 260°C. We recommend using a printer and hotend that can withstand up to 300°C, such as the Ender-3 S1 Pro. Printing with nylon filaments is not suitable for beginners, we recommend gaining some experience with simpler filaments such as PLA first.
