MP1584 3A Switching Regulator DC-DC Step-Down Converter

The MP1584 is an adjustable switching regulator that generates a lower output voltage from a higher input voltage. Its advantage is the high efficiency with very small dimensions.

The input voltage must be at least 1.5 V higher than the output voltage. Without cooling the module can deliver 3 A at 5 V, at a higher output voltage the output current is lower than 3 A.

Note: The potentiometer has a mechanical end stop. Turning it beyond this point can cause a defect.
