M5Stack I2C Joystick Unit V1.1 (MEGA8A)
This joystick contains two 10k potentiometers for the X and Y axis, which represent the 2D movement through analog signals. The joystick also has a push button that can be used for special applications. Thus, this joystick unit can output X-Y movement signals in both directions and in Z direction. A MEGA8A is installed on the joystick unit that evaluates the analog signals of the joystick and then outputs them via i2c. Thus, you can query the current values of the joystick via i2c.
This unit communicates with the M5Core via the GROVE A interface, the I2C address is 0x52.
