The Creality Falcon2 Pro S 40W is an enclosed laser engraving and cutting machine with an output power of 40 watts, composed of eight 5.5-watt diode laser sources. The working area of 355 × 390 mm provides sufficient space for common engraving and cutting projects. With a maximum engraving speed of 25000 mm/min and a cutting speed of up to 600 mm/s, the device operates efficiently and precisely. The laser spot measures 0.08 × 0.12 mm, allowing for fine engravings on wood, bamboo, leather, acrylic, fabric, and plastic, as well as engraving on metal. At the 40W power level, the laser cuts up to 20 mm basswood, 30 mm black acrylic, and 0.15 mm stainless steel in one pass. The dual mode allows switching between 22 W and 40 W depending on the application. The integrated enclosure with double light filtration offers class 1 laser safety, supplemented by five flame sensors, a lid opening protection, and an emergency stop function. A built-in camera enables visual positioning of the design directly on the workpiece. The integrated air assist system ensures clean cutting edges and less residue.
