IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module
With this MOSFET driver module, larger loads can be switched with a 5 V signal, for example from an Arduino. It is suitable for DC loads up to 24 V such as LEDs, motors, pumps, fans and solenoid valves. Via PWM, LEDs can be dimmed or the speed of DC motors changed. A red LED shows the switching state.
