IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module
With this MOSFET driver module, you can switch larger loads with your Arduino or Raspberry Pi. The driver is perfectly suited for switching DC consumers up to 24V like LEDs, motors, pumps, fans, solenoid valves, etc. You can also switch the module with PWM to, for example, dim LEDs or change the speed of DC motors. The module also features a red LED, so you can easily recognize the switching state.
