IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module
With this MOSFET driver module, you can switch larger loads with your Arduino or Raspberry Pi. The driver is perfectly suited for switching DC consumers up to 24V such as LEDs, motors, pumps, fans, solenoid valves, etc. You can also switch the module with PWM and thus, for example, dim LEDs or change the speed of DC motors. The module also has a red LED where you can easily recognize the switching state.
