BCN02 BLE iBeacon

The Dragino BCN02 is a Bluetooth BLE iBeacon designed for indoor positioning solutions. Based on the Diglog IC, BCN02 supports the Bluetooth 5.1 protocol. BCN02 has very low power consumption and is equipped with a 1200mAh battery. With a transmission interval of 500ms, the BCN02 can be operated for four to five years. The BCN02 is designed to be used in conjunction with the Dragino TrackerD to provide a LoRaWAN indoor positioning solution. BCN02 iBeacons are placed in various locations in a building and transmit their UUID via Bluetooth. The TrackerD scans the UUID and selects the UUID with the strongest signal to upload it via LoRaWAN. This allows the IoT server to know where the TrackerD is located.
