With easy installation without drilling, the drive can be quickly attached to existing chain mechanisms. The integrated lithium battery is charged via USB-C with 5 V and provides a runtime of up to two months with daily use. Control is through the Zigbee 3.0 protocol and can be seamlessly integrated into Aqara hubs as well as compatible smart home systems. With the Driver E1, shades can be operated via app, schedule, or voice control. Installation is facilitated by the included mounting materials such as screws, double-sided tape, and various adapter plates.
