7-Segment XL Display Driver 12V TPIC6C596

This driver is used for the XL 7-Segment Display. Since the displays require a voltage of 12V, they cannot be connected directly to a microcontroller, but are controlled via this "7-Segment XL Display Driver 12V TPIC6C596". The driver can easily be soldered onto the back of the "7-Segment XL Display Sparkfun". How exactly you solder these on and can control with the Arduino, you can find in the Hookup Guide by Sparkfun.
