5V Electromagnet 3Kg Holding Force

This is an electromagnet with a 3kg holding force and 1W power. The magnetic poles of the electromagnet can be changed by swapping the negative and positive poles. Please note that the holding force does not indicate how much weight it can take! Divide the holding force by 5-10 to get a rough estimate of how heavy an object is that it can attract and hold. In this case, it's about 0.6Kg maximum. Bear in mind, the weight intake also depends on a flat surface and maximum surface contact as well as the ferromagnetic metal content. The electromagnet can withstand long term electrification when attracting to the surface of an object. But, it should not be electrified for a long time when there is nothing to attract.
