22mm Pressure Button with RGB Lighting 5V - Stainless Steel

This 22mm momentary button features an illuminated RGB LED ring that can be controlled in various colors via an Arduino or other microcontroller. On the back there are four gold contacts for the push-button (normally open and normally closed) and four silver ones, which are used once for the cathode and three times for the anode of the red, green and blue LED. The illuminated RGB button already has the series resistors internally. Therefore you can connect the LED lighting directly to your microcontroller without any additional series resistor. The resistors for the lighting are designed for 5V but you can also operate them with 3.3V. If you want to use a higher voltage e.g. 12VDC or 24VDC, you only need to add a 1kOhm resistor in series with the LED cathode to keep the LED current at approximately 20mA.

You can best implement the LED control via three PWM outputs on the microcontroller, so you can control your button with any colors.
