1mm MK8 CM2 Micro Swiss Nozzle

The 1mm MK8 Micro Swiss CM2 nozzle is made from high-temperature resistant copper-chrome-zirconium and is coated with a galvanic nickel coating. This ensures it retains its shape and performance even with intense use and high temperatures. The tip of the nozzle is made from hardened M2 steel and has a special non-stick nano-coating. By using the copper-chrome-zirconium alloy, the heat conductivity of the nozzle is improved, resulting in fast printing, while the hardened M2 high-speed steel increases the resistance and durability against abrasive filament. The M2 steel was hardened and annealed at 68 HRC. The nickel coating has a hardness of 70-73 HRC, allowing you to print highly abrasive materials such as ePAHT-CF nylon-carbon, wood, or Luminous Glow in the Dark filaments.
