SilentStepStick TMC5160 10-35V V1.5
The SilentStepStick TMC5160 V1.5 from Watterott is a stepper motor driver based on the Trinamic TMC5160. With this new SilentStepStick driver, the noise development when driving with stepper motors is massively improved. The TMC5160 stepper motor driver is designed for up to 3A (RMS) continuous current. No additional heat sink is required for these drivers. The driver also supports Micro Stepping (interpolation of up to 256 micro steps) with which you can make very fine and low-vibration movements. The driver is suitable for the RAMPS 1.4 board or the Arduino CNC Shield, which are used in 3D printers and small CNC mills. However, you can also use it for other mechanical Arduino projects where you want to control stepper motors.
