PEBA-90A Clear Filament 1.75mm 800g eSun

The PEBA-90A (Polyether Block Amide) from eSun is a highly elastic specialty filament with exceptional resilience, excellent cold impact resistance, and a great elongation capability of over 520% elongation at break (XY). It combines the flexibility of an elastomer with the mechanical resistance of an engineering plastic, making it ideal for applications where high resilience, shock absorption, and durability are required even at low temperatures. In model building, PEBA-90A has established itself as a superior tire material: The traction of printed tires is about three times higher than comparable TPU tires, which directly results in significantly better grip and more precise handling. A decisive advantage over TPU is the largely constant material hardness over a wide temperature range – TPU tires become noticeably harder in winter and lose grip, while they tend to soften and deform in summer; PEBA-90A retains its elastic properties almost unchanged both in cold and heat.

Note: For transparent PEBA products, slight color variations may occur between different production batches. Occasionally, small black dots may appear along the lines of transparent parts; this is a normal manufacturing phenomenon and does not affect product performance or normal use.
