The mibenco Liquid Isolation Liquid Tape is a versatile solvent-based liquid product that forms a flexible, rubber-like protective layer after application. The product insulates electrical connections with a tested dielectric strength of up to 32 kV/mm, confirmed by a VDE test report according to DIN EN 60243-1. The coating is suitable for insulating, rubberizing, protecting, sealing, damping, and marking various surfaces. Once fully dried, the layer is permanently elastic, odorless, and remains flexible even under extreme conditions. The applied layer is weather- and UV-resistant, allowing both indoor and outdoor use. A special advantage is its re-removability: the dried layer can be removed residue-free like skin when needed. Additionally, the coating provides surfaces with improved grip and anti-slip properties. The product comes in a can containing 100 g in the color black and can be applied by brushing or dipping. The density of the liquid product is 0.95 g/cm³, and the solids content is approximately 45%. Due to the contained solvents, the product is flammable and should be kept away from ignition sources and used in well-ventilated areas.
