This is an ATMEGA32U4 microcontroller in USB stick format. The energy-saving 8-bit AVR® microcontroller based on RISC from Microchip has 32 KB of self-programming flash program memory, 2.5 KB SRAM, 1 KB EEPROM, USB 2.0 full-speed/low-speed device, 12-channel 10-bit A/D converter, and a JTAG interface for on-chip debugging. The controller achieves a throughput of up to 16 MIPS at 16 MHz. Operates on 2.7-5.5 volts.
