Heat-resistant transparent resin 500g UV 405nm eSun

This High Temp Resin by eSun is designed for demanding applications. With a tensile strength of 70-85 MPa, it is among the most resistant in the eSun range. The resin is also heat-resistant up to temperatures of 120°C. The cured resin has excellent mechanical properties.

Application, important information: 

• Shake before use. Not too hard, so that no air bubbles form. Avoid direct sunlight during application. 
  
• Keep the resin away from children. 
  
• Wear gloves before use to avoid direct contact with the skin. 
  
• Ventilate the room well. 
  
• In case of accidental contact with the skin: Wash immediately with plenty of water. 
  
• Finished printed models must be cleaned with high-concentrated alcohol (>95%) for about 30 seconds. 
  
• After printing, it must be fully cured under UV light (over 10 minutes) and then post-cured for about 30 minutes in a 150°C oven. The support structures should be removed only after post-curing. 
  
• The wall thickness of the temperature-resistant parts should be as thick as possible to achieve the temperature-resistant performance, and the heat treatment time in the oven should not be too long.
