Thanks to the fiberglass reinforcement, the material is particularly resistant to deformation and breakage. The chemical resistance of the filament also ensures that it can withstand demanding environments. With its matte surface and unique texture, the filament also provides visually appealing print results. Parts that are exposed to high thermal loads, such as hooks, brackets, or fixtures, can be easily produced with eABS-GF, as it maintains its stability even at high temperatures. Info: Due to the high fiberglass content, we recommend using nozzles with a diameter of at least 0.4 mm. Since fiberglass significantly accelerates the wear of brass nozzles, you should opt for stainless steel nozzles or nozzles with a hardened insert to ensure a longer lifespan.
