The Elecrow CrowPanel 2.8" HMI ESP32 Display is a powerful touch display module with 320x240 pixel resolution and integrated ESP32-WROOM-32-N4 microcontroller. The display uses resistive touch technology and comes with a touch pen for precise operation even with gloves or on wet surfaces. The ESP32-WROOM-32 features a dual-core 32-bit LX6 processor with up to 240 MHz clock frequency as well as integrated 2.4 GHz WiFi (802.11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth 5.0 for wireless communication. The 2.8-inch TFT-LCD with TN panel and ILI9341V driver IC offers an active area of 43.2 x 57.6 mm and is controlled via the SPI interface. The module is compatible with several development environments including Arduino IDE, Espressif IDF, PlatformIO, MicroPython, and Esphome for Home Assistant. Support for the LVGL graphics library allows for custom user interface design with SquareLine Studio. The board features extensive interfaces: TF card slot for SD cards, I2C (HY2.0-4P) for sensors, GPIO (HY2.0-4P) for digital inputs and outputs, two UART (HY2.0-4P) for serial communication, speaker connector (PH2.0-2P) with built-in amplifier, and battery connector for 3.7-4.2V LiPo batteries with charging function.
