This thermal adhesive is suitable for improved thermal conductivity on the heat sink of MOSFETs, ICs, transistors, or temperature sensors. The STARS-922 is a powerful epoxy-based thermal adhesive. A thermal conductivity coefficient of over 0.6W/mK is achieved. The temperature application range is between -40°C and 200°C.
