0.4mm CM2 RepRap V6 Micro Swiss Nozzle

The 0.4mm RepRap V6 Micro Swiss CM2 Nozzle is made of high-temperature resistant copper-chromium-zirconium and is coated with an electroplated nickel coating. This enables it to maintain its shape and performance even under intensive use and at high temperatures. The tip of the nozzle is made of hardened M2 steel with a special non-stick nano coating. The use of the copper-chromium-zirconium alloy improves the nozzle's thermal conductivity, leading to fast printing, while the hardened M2 high-speed steel enhances resistance and durability against abrasive filament. The M2 steel has been hardened to 68 HRC and annealed. The nickel coating has a hardness rating of 70-73 HRC, allowing you to print highly abrasive materials such as ePAHT-CF nylon-carbon, wood, or Luminous Glow in the Dark filaments.
