Polymaker HT-PLA Yellow Filament 1.75mm 1Kg

Polymaker HT-PLA is a very easy-to-print high-temperature filament that ensures reliable results for both beginners and professionals. It combines the easy handling of classic PLA materials with significantly increased heat resistance. Printed components remain dimensionally stable up to 130°C, making the material suitable for applications that have to withstand high thermal loads. The excellent layer adhesion ensures precise print results, while warping is minimized. HT-PLA also impresses with a high printing speed of up to 300 mm/s. With optional annealing (about 30 minutes at 80–100 °C), the mechanical properties and temperature resistance can be significantly improved. The good paintability is particularly noteworthy, just like with classic PLA: Surfaces evenly accept paints and varnishes, making the filament ideal for model making, tabletop miniatures, cosplay props, or custom parts for vehicle interiors. Thus, HT-PLA opens up possibilities that would otherwise only be achievable with technical materials such as ABS or ASA - but without their disadvantages, such as limited color selection, complex processing, or higher printing demands. HT-PLA combines the strengths of technical materials with the user-friendliness of PLA. During processing, there is a low odor emission, somewhat stronger than normal PLA, which is almost odor-free, but much more pleasant than ASA or ABS, which cause significantly more intense emissions.
