LilyGo T‑Halow V1.0 WiFi HaLow Development Board 859‑894 MHz

This board combines the range of WiFi HaLow with the performance of the ESP32-S3 microcontroller. The integrated TX-AH module operates in the sub-GHz range from 859 to 894 MHz and achieves up to 1.2 km range with an external IPEX antenna connector, depending on environmental conditions. The ESP32-S3 offers two Tensilica-LX7 cores with up to 240 MHz clock speed, supports 2.4 GHz WiFi 4 and Bluetooth 5 LE, and features 16 MB Flash as well as 8 MB PSRAM. The module is 802.11ah-compliant, works with channel widths of 1, 2, 4, or 8 MHz, and achieves data rates between 150 kbit/s and 32.5 Mbit/s. For wired networks, there is an RJ45 Ethernet port available, while an FPC connector allows the connection of camera modules OV2640 or OV5640. A MicroSD card serves as a storage medium, and the removable NOR flash is intended for HaLow module firmware as well as Ethernet stack firmware. A USB-C port supplies the board with 5 V and optionally charges a 18650 battery that fits in the integrated holder. For the HaLow function, a Micro-USB socket is available, through which the TX-AH module can be controlled directly via AT command. Two 16-pin expansion headers provide numerous GPIOs, UARTs, touch pins, and ADCs and enable the connection of own sensors and actuators. An On/Off switch as well as dedicated boot and reset buttons support the various operating modes (AP/STA, Relay) and facilitate pairing.

Note for operation in Switzerland: 
The operation of this module in Switzerland is only permitted within the frequency range of 863 - 868 MHz. This range corresponds to the license-free SRD band (Short Range Devices) according to the guidelines of the Federal Office of Communications (BAKOM). Please make sure that the device is set to this frequency range in the firmware or via AT commands, and does not exceed the maximum transmission power of 25 mW ERP. Frequencies outside this range (e.g., 859 - 863 MHz or 870 - 894 MHz) must not be operated in Switzerland as they are reserved for mobile services.
