The R3D HT-PLA Blue Filament is a high-temperature-resistant PLA filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm and a net weight of 1 kg. It features enhanced heat resistance, exceeding that of standard PLA. The Vicat softening temperature is 155.2 °C, making it suitable for applications involving higher temperatures. The filament has a tight diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm, ensuring uniform extrusion and consistent printing results. With a tensile strength of 40 MPa and a flexural modulus of 4106 MPa, the material offers excellent mechanical properties. The impact strength is 4.2 kJ/m², and the interlayer adhesion reaches 2.7 kJ/m² in the Z-direction. The filament is compatible with AMS systems and can be used with nozzle sizes ranging from 0.2 to 0.8 mm. All spools are sealed and packaged with silica gel to prevent moisture absorption.
