PETG-Silk merges good mechanical strength with an attractive, shimmering surface that gives printed objects a high-quality appearance. The material is characterized by excellent layer adhesion and low moisture absorption of only 0.4%. With a tensile strength of 42 MPa and a flexural strength of 75 MPa, the filament is suitable for both decorative and functional printed parts. The diameter of 1.75 mm is manufactured with a tight tolerance of ±0.02 mm, ensuring a consistent material flow during printing. The filament is compatible with common printing surfaces such as BuildTak, glass, blue tape, and PEI. It also supports use in automatic material change systems (AMS). The spool contains 1 kg of filament and is vacuum-sealed with desiccant to ensure optimal material quality. The manufacturer recommends storing it in a cool, dry environment at 15–25 °C and protected from UV light.
