eResin-Flex Transparent 0.5Kg UV 405nm eSun

This is a highly flexible resin by eSun. The TPU-like formulation allows for multiple folding and bending without permanent shape changes. This resin is particularly suitable for parts that require high elasticity.

Features of Flexible Resin 

• TPU-like, high flexibility, high elasticity 
  
• Bendable and stretchable 
  
• Compatible with most LCD printers operating on the 405nm wavelength 

Application, important information: 

• Shake before use. Not too vigorously so that no air bubbles form. Avoid direct sunlight during application. 
  
• Keep the resin away from children. 
  
• Wear gloves before use to avoid direct contact with the skin. 
  
• Ventilate the room well. 
  
• If accidentally in contact with skin: wash immediately with plenty of water. 
  
• Finished printed models must be cleaned for about 30 seconds with high-concentration alcohol (>95%). 
  
• To fully cure the printed part, it is best to expose it to UV light afterwards.

• The exposure times are recommendations and may vary from printer to printer. 
  
• Applicable wavelength: 395-405nm 
  
• Printing thickness: 0.025-0.05mm 
  
• Exposure time first layers: 60s 
  
• Exposure time normal layers: 6s
